SCDG is headed by Zoltan L Nagy who has over twenty-five years of real estate and finance experience.  CREmodel grew out his own needs to build a product that can evaluate a variety of different commercial real estate projects.

In addition to his vast experience in development, Nagy spent the first part of his career building financial models for Fortune 50 companies.  He has a BA in Economics and MBA in Finance both from Rutgers University.  In addition to a variety of local groups, Nagy has been active in national organizations such as the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Urban Land Institute (ULI), National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).
